| Comment | I was invited to the 75th year anniversary of the Greenwood on Saturday October 4th 2008. My friends and I weren't from around Iowa, but were visiting my friends family up there and they invited us in. I just wanted to say, that I love that bar. We were welcomed in so nicely and the drinks were great!! So thank you for a great time at the Greenwood. |

I love the bartenders...and Moe......Yes Moe. My warning to all is, "Watch out for the MOE ZONE". If you don't know about it, ask me the next time you see me and I'll explain. I first stepped into the Greenwood when I was 16 years old. Legal age then was 18. I was grandfathered in after that. Oh it looks the same and there something so comforting as the good ol' Greenwood. Enjoy my home away from home. |
